Sometimes people accidentally submit speeds into our database that is obviously incorrect, for reasons such as the following:
- entering the speed measured in kkeys or mkeys instead of whole keys.
- selecting the wrong processor model.
- selecting the wrong client version (and hence project type).
- entering a benchmark for a single core but setting the number of cores higher than 1
- typo in data entry.
- intentionally entering an incorrect speed just to be malicious.
- entering a benchmarked speed that was reported by the client, but under anomalous conditions (such as on a machine with faulty RAM, or disabled cache, or on a heavily loaded machine, or on a machine with a faulty clock).
If you suspect that you've found such an entry, please use the "Report as error" link that is found on every entry.
