It's not possible to predict how much time it takes to do an OGR packet. packets: But, if you were to count in completed packets rather than time, then all you'd need to do is ensure that the thresholds are equal, and over the long run client will do 50% OGR and 50% RC5 packets. Obviously, if you wanted to crunch, say, 20% RC5 and 80% OGR, you'd simply set the OGR thresholds to be 4 times that of the RC5 threshold.
