[Edit This Text]	Your connectperiod is so short that by the time the last server connection attempt times out, another connectperiod has already passed and the proxy decides that it needs to attempt to make another one. Increase your connectperiod to at least several minutes, or (preferably) set your connectivity mode to offline (or lurkonly on win32).
